    Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Appalled at this company!! Had parcels to pick up and I phoned at 1713 on Saturday 30th April 2016 to ensure it was ok for me to pick them up on someones behalf, when I checked the opening times of the store at 3 high street Carluke, south Lanarkshire, it stated on the website on Saturdays it closed at 1830, I arrived at the shop at 1805 for the woman (who was not helpful at all) locking the door and telling me it closes at 1800, I said it says on the website it closes at 1830 and it also says it on the door!! Why I have a photo of!! And I said to the lady I had parcels to collect and her reply was as she walked away from me "tuff everythings off" Im totally disgusted right now! The parcels were for an occasion for tomorrow (the following day) and she couldnt have gave a monkeys! If thats the staff you are employing they are needing customer service training!! And it looked to me as if she was getting out early!!!!! Furious is not the word!!!!
